They are court ordered and consists of set of comprehensive questions designed
to determine whether DUI offender meets the diagnosis of substance abuse or
addiction or has misused the substance that led to DUI arrest.
Every state has different DUI laws and have separate set of
questions however there are some usual questions too. One of the approaches is
chemical dependency assessment for court system to determine whether the DUI

objective is to prevent another DUI in future by preventing substance abuse.
Drug and chemical clinical evaluation takes about two hours.
It will include an interview and questionnaires focusing on past and current
alcohol and drug use. After this process is over, risk level assessment report
is given which contains recommendation of which DUI class program is best
